Yeah there's hoards of teenagers roaming the streets at night just waiting for something bad to happen. Also, I think they should shut down their servers 10PM - 8AM for each time zone.

I don't see this as a good idea.
When the app is opened, it says very clearly to stay aware of your surroundings. This is already a huge disclaimer, waiving Niantic Labs from any possible repercussions for the stupidity of man. They don't need to do anything. People need to stop being so stupid.
Why penalise the intelligent for the err of others?

AND JUST TO MENTION, The only place I've heard of people almost killing themselves by this App in the past 8 days has been solely in America, not in Aus or NZ ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Yeah Dub, i heard of that. I think you heard the same story, There was a guy his job was a driving job, He would play and stream it, And he got fired cause people was calling his job and telling them that he was slacking off is a nice way to put it.

There are a lot of jobs putting signs up now, I wouldn't be surprise if all jobs in the usa have the signs up.
