Basically I would like to start playing TF2 on my mac again, but there are some problems. I used to be able to play TF2, but ever since my nVidia card stopped working (well it worked but it crashes my computer), I have been forced to use my integrated graphics card all the time.
Is there anything I can do to increase my frames while still using my integrated card? Thanks.

Well aside from getting a competitive fps config like comanglias for example or tinkering with in game video settings keeping dxlevel below 90. My computer is comparable to a potato on a stick power wise and I use these to squeeze a smooth frame rate out of my game. If you're already using this then I'm running out of imagination aside from upgrading your computer itself.

As for someone running in integrated graphics, I'd have nothing running in the background, and maybe even tune down some settings.
I Have a i3 and i can run TF2 Avg form 30-60 fps tops.

That was an actual problem last weeks, due a bad driver update from Nvidia everyone who ran it had that problem, they rolled out a new one and it's fixed, had to run PC repair modus from secure modus tho before i could undo it.

This is exactly why I wait 1-2days before updating drivers, after running into few bad updates, I find it better to wait and see if they actually work before I run them my selfMartijnV wrote:Banshee wrote:since my nVidia card stopped working (well it worked but it crashes my compute

Console > ''net_graph 1'' It shows a handy little stats list at the right bottom corder, FPS, ping, upload ussage, download ussage and some more little things, use it myself since i play TF2Tornado123 wrote:Isn't there a cammand that helps with fps ingame?
