DISC-FF

I've been having issues with my Steam while playing TF2. From time to time, on a daily basis it crashes while im playing, it doesnt do this on anyother game no matter how much power the game needs, it only does it on Team Fortress, anyone got any clues on how to fix this?

Ive already done a clean installiation on TF2 both with steam cloud enabled and disabled, also tried downloading the game from a different download region, hasnt worked.

It happens to me sometimes, and it started happening sometime last week when I updated Steam. Some other players I found out has the same problem as well.
