For some reason, The Saxton Hale server has been having really bad lag spikes, that last from 10 mins to 60+ mins
Just wondering if any other servers are experiencing this situlation?

Affermative. I have seen this myself today. At some point you had a very bad lag, the other moment you don't have any problems. (Based on 8 servers.)
