This is a glitch that happens in Freak Fortress, usually with the engineers, strange to see a medic, but its just his model glitching and not showing, not a hacker.

It happens to any classes. I was hale once and the last player was a Pyro. Couldn't see him so I just blindly started stabbing everywhere.
