Blutarch is a little bit underpower,the melee weapon only dose 60 damage to buildings,the rage also only stun buildings for a short time,a engineer with S/C can just let you wasted the rage really easily,so i'd like to suggest a few small buffs for him.

-Melee does more damage.
-Get a Sapper on rage.
-Get Uber on rage
-#RemoveTheShortCircuit
-Minions spawns with not just a melee weapon

a few suggests to him,don't need to add all the buffs,just choose 1-3 to add in game,it will be really OP if those 5 buffs are ALL in game.

He's on the same WLR as Doom, I think he'll be fine. I personally consider him balanced.

Blutarch is a pretty balanced boss, as Hylie stated. However I think perhaps giving him 3-4 seconds of uber upon rage is a good idea.

Just like Dongle said, And sc is never leaving.

I think Bluartchs fine. keep him the way he is.

Hmm Blutarch is fine in my opinion. Though he cannot scare players during rage he can scare sentries. And if used right by an Engie the minions can kill him whilst his short circuiting you.
