Removing !knife and !tp from Useful Commands notifier

I see a lot of players still trying to use the !knife command repeatedly. I believe this is because of the "Useful Commands" notification in chat.
I think we should remove !knife and !tp and add Nominate, or give it its own notification and explanation. Seems that a lot of new players don't know how to nominate maps.
