I don't like it in general...
Kind of a problem when the Heavy has self awareness

but having Heavies deal more damage to sentries (and sentries getting nerfed to death to the point where you can barely repair them while shielded) was just downright a bad idea.

You can, but it's hardly even worth it when you only repair 1/3rd of what you would normally repair without it being shielded.
