[TF2] Freak Fortress Rank #2 in the World (#2 in USA)

Hoping we can get #1 but it might be a pipe dream. Ranks 1 and 2 use quick play and have like a 29 player average (we use no quick play and have 26). We are #1 server in the world that doesn't use quick play.
