When the terrorists are ordered to do something inside their cells cts should be doing afk checks if someone is standing still in their cell if it is before 7:15.

I've seen alot of videos on youtube about them, even they KKK counter protests them. There is even a group of Motorcyclists who hang outside the funeral of a fallen soldier to drown out the noise of the Westboro protestors.
