Sometime this year im planning to upgrade my monitor. But I can't decide between a 21:9 or a 1440P monitor.

I took a look at the prices, I could get 1 1440P monitor for $700, or I can get 2 21:9 Monitors.

Which one should I get??

Turning on Friendly Fire is really not abusive at all. If Fire wouldn't want admins to have control of Friendly Fire, he could easily recompile the plugin and remove the function. A demo of Gamefreak turning it on and then going AFK would be show enough proof to satisfy whatever people want done.
