Next time try to get their SteamIDs. You can do this by typing status in console.

Me and ultim already talked it was my mistake i unbanned him because i saw inprovment from HRM in the last few weeks (I was present at the intial incident) and i realize he was only being nice to me and a douche when i wasn't on so we have came to the agreement to re-ctban him once he is on
