Would you know how to solve this issue? I would appreciate advice for how to approach this as it does not appear to be a common issue with other players on the server. Thanks.

My suggestions would be to first verify the integrity of your game cache, and then double check your advanced settings to make sure multi-core rendering is enabled.

My settings in Advanced for video are as follows: Multicore is enabled by the way.
Highest on everything from Model Detail to Color Correction
Antialiasing mode: 8x MSAA
Filtering Mode: Anisotropic 16X
Wait for Vertical Sync: Disabled
Motion Blur: Enabled
Field of View: ~75
Multicore Rendering: Enabled
High Dynamic Range: Full (if available)
Bloom effect not enabled.

Moved to correct sub-forum since it's a technical issue, not a server issue.
