DISC-FF

So..
I have a problem on the freak fortress servers. I can't see other peoples damage.
It's been working on and off for as long as I can remember. In some periods it didn't work at all.
When we installed the new computer and redownloaded tf2 it worked, up until now.
Now it's not working again.
I've tried uninstalling the game, I've tried hud_restartscheme
Anything else I can try?
It's hard admining a server with a rule for being useless when I can't see damage, lol

Did you also try and verify the integrity of the game cache? Sometimes that too can fix missing files. Possibly the one relating to your missing damage text. It has fixed some issues for me in the past when an update broke some textures that appeared missing until after I verified the cache. I will check this out myself when I go on a bit later and see if I am also getting this too.

Yesterday it broke again so I tried verifying and then restart. But no, still can't see others damage. It's so frustrating.
