Details I'd like to see:

Time/Date issue occured with timezone: 5:40 PM PST

Which server it occured on: Freak Fortress #3

What map was being played: Arena_ratssaxy

If Freak Fortress what boss was being played: Kratos

When during the round did the issue occur (start/end/middle of round, on boss rage, on death etc.): When Kratos used his lightning attack, three players instantly disconnected showing the disconnect message as if they left normally. (I know they crashed because they all three left at the exact same time as soon as the attack was initiated.

Did this just happen to you or multiple people: This only happened to the three players I witnessed.

Was there any lag going on before this happened: No

Was any other issues happening before this happened: No

Time/Date issue occured with timezone: 10:35 PM CST

Which server it occured on: Freak Fortress #1

What map was being played: arena_hmp_irongate

If Freak Fortress what boss was being played: Ghost Buster & Slimer

When during the round did the issue occur (start/end/middle of round, on boss rage, on death etc.): I was playing as the hale, and was pinned to the corner receiving spam. Then crashed.

Did this just happen to you or multiple people: Not sure, but I crashed to desktop without any error messages.

Was there any lag going on before this happened: No

Was any other issues happening before this happened: No

Which server it occured on: Freak #1
What map was being played: vsh_Nale
If Freak Fortress what boss was being played: Lich King
When during the round did the issue occur (start/end/middle of round, on boss rage, on death etc.): Near the start, I had jumped down infront of him by accident and went to butter knife him when I froze and presumably died to him.
Did this just happen to you or multiple people: just me as I know of it.
Was there any lag going on before this happened: None I experienced
Was any other issues happening before this happened: No

Time/Date issue occured with timezone: 8:55 PM Arizona
Which server it occured on: Freak Fortress #2
What map was being played: convoy V2 A4 fix
If Freak Fortress what boss was being played: Lich King
When during the round did the issue occur (start/end/middle of round, on boss rage, on death etc.): middle of the round and as soon as the minion from his rage spawned.
Did this just happen to you or multiple people: Just me.
Was there any lag going on before this happened: Yes. before I crashed.
Was any other issues happening before this happened: No.

Which server it occured on: Freak 1
What map was being played: Snowed in
If Freak Fortress what boss was being played: Mr. Meeseeks
When during the round did the issue occur (start/end/middle of round, on boss rage, on death etc.): middle of round
Did this just happen to you or multiple people: server wide crash
Was there any lag going on before this happened: I was getting a little lag but I'm pretty sure it was only me
Was any other issues happening before this happened: None that I can think of

Time/Date issue occurred with timezone: 4:20pm CDT June 19 2018
Which server it occurred on: freak fortress server 1
What map was being played: VSH Towertop
If Freak Fortress what boss was being played: MeeM
When during the round did the issue occur (start/end/middle of round, on boss rage, on death etc.): end of round right after the boss raged then died when the zelda moon exploded
Did this just happen to you or multiple people: didn't happen to me but at least 6 people crashed at the same time.
Was there any lag going on before this happened: yes from all the MeeMs being spawned and the moon exploding
Was any other issues happening before this happened: Don't think so. I think the cause was the moon exploding
