Disable Random Weapon Spread on Idle

I've recently been to a couple other idle/trade servers and noticed that most of them have weapon spread disabled. I think that idle #1 should join them, as disabling it would promote more balanced play on the server, instead of having to rely on the random spread and hoping it goes in your favor.
