Well i missed this pot before i could put in my 2 cents put honestly the disanplanary action doesnt cause to many problems unless the soldier just sits in front of a jump trap spamming it, but usually if you wait a bit they get bored and move on, and when i see someone using it in a trolling fasion warning them to stop is usually enough.
