New DISC Structure ***MUST READ

Well I want to start this off with a thank you guys and welcome to the new ideas for this great clan.
I want to evolve further together and get all our servers with DISC members in them, along with the forum utilized as a family.
I’ve been thinking about this and talked it over with others and this is how we are going to structure ourselves from here on out.
ALL DISC MEMBERS START USING THE FORUMS; DISC SECTION NEEDS TO START POPULATING.
ALSO LETS START RECRUITING IN ICEWORLD AND SENDING THEM TO THE FORUMS.

3P will be appointing 2 more top 5 GUYS, alongside with
-Spens; my right hand man,
-BlackKnight; my APP DESTROYER and
-WigSplitter; the one and the only

STRUCTURE AND ORGANIZATION:

We are going to have a limited amount of members in DISC, set to (100), as of right now.
The 100 members will include 2 TIERS PYRAMID FORMAT - 50 / 50
:DISC SCRIM TEAM WILL BE FORMED WITH TIER 2 MEMBERS and a SUB SCRIM APP TEAM :

1) Tier 1 - is where the {APP}’s go once they have passed their 1 v 1 tryout vs BlackKnight
IF Tier 1 is full; refer to section 1a2.
2) Tier 2 – are the top 50 DISC MEMBERS who are most skilled and active.
3) Unlabeled Tier 3 - (untouchable list will consist of 9 Tier 2 members - TBD)

: Uses the forums on a regular basis
: Plays on the SERVERS; PLURAL - regularly. Office and dust2 is our new goal guys
: Attend all set meetings by (3P)
-this active status / Tier Position will be demoted if activity isn’t kept up-to-date – No Warnings. Not active. Get Moved.

Once Tier 1 is FULL for an APP to get in DISC they will have to pass a 1 v 1 against a Tier 1 (AFTER THE APP 1 v 1 vs BlackKnight) for position Potentially removing a Tier 1 member in the clan) Once the PYRIMAD is formed players can challenge one-another in both Tier’s to gain position. Once a challenge is made a date for the match will be made. (10 rounds). Miss of match equals an automatic position trade/loss - NO EXCEPTIONS.
First 5 Rounds (gun picked by challenger); Last 5 Rounds (gun picked by defender)

First 5 rounds are Deagle rounds. (2 - 3) (3 - 2)
Last 5 rounds are Scout rounds.

**You must wear the {APP} tag for 10(CHANGED FROM 30) days as a trial of play to see if you fit DISC Playing Style & Personality.

**WARNING – IF YOU DON’T FILL OUT PROPER INFORMATION / FORMAT, YOUR APPLICATION WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. ALSO YOU MUST BE ACTIVE ON THE FORUM REGULARLY AS THIS WILL BE THE PLACE FOR DISC UPDATES / MEETINGS.
A date will be picked for 5/10 APPs who meet the above requirements to face BlackKnight in a 1 v 1 application match.
(3P) will be spectating along with any other spectators while BK faces off with Applicants 1 v 1.
If you don’t win, you don’t get in (***exceptions can be made).
If you lose, you will have to wait for a minimum of 1 week for your next 1 v 1 (reply to your application for rematch).

- (3P) will be the one giving out DISC tags till further notice (prior situations are the cause of this action).
- (3P) will be holding regular (2) monthly (mandatory) meetings via Ventrilo.
- (3P) will post that info on forums + all new changes to come.
